AI object tracking
for masks, blurs, and motion graphics
Track people, products, and objects through every frame automatically. EditAssist uses local CV models to generate persistent masks, power windows, and blur regions that follow the subject across the timeline. No manual keyframing.
Workflow
Select a subject in any frame and the agent builds a persistent mask that follows it through the entire clip. It handles occlusion, re-entry, scale changes, and motion blur. Use the track for power windows in Resolve, blur faces for compliance, or pin graphics to moving objects.
The tracking runs entirely on your local GPU. No footage is uploaded. Masks can be exported as shape data, applied as node power windows, or baked into the timeline as animated mattes. It works on single clips or across entire sequences.
Prompts
“Track the lead actor's face through the scene and create a power window that follows them.”
“Blur every face in the crowd automatically and keep the blur locked to each person.”
“Track the product box and pin a callout graphic to it for the entire shot.”
“Create a mask around the car and apply a grade only to the vehicle.”
“Track the interview subject's eyes and add a subtle glow that follows their gaze.”
“Mask out the boom mic in every frame where it dips into shot.”
“Track the dancer's hands and add motion-trail graphics locked to their wrists.”
“Create a tracked matte for the spokesperson so I can place them over a new background.”
Features
Persistent mask tracking
Generates masks that follow subjects through occlusion, re-entry, and scale changes without manual keyframing.
NLE power-window export
Exports tracked shapes directly as Resolve power windows, Premiere masks, or After Effects motion paths.
Compliance blur & redaction
Auto-detect and blur faces, licence plates, or logos with tracked masks that stay locked to the subject.
Local GPU processing
All tracking runs on your own machine. No footage uploaded. No per-minute fees.
Local-first
All transcription, vision analysis, semantic search, and clustering run on your own GPU. Nothing about your footage is uploaded. The only data that leaves is the text of your conversation with the agent. It's free to download, local models are free, and a new account starts with £15 of credit and no card. For long-running cloud work, pay as you go, or choose £20/mo Starter or £100/mo Pro.
